How do I book a container?

Simply click “Book Online”, choose your container, and complete payment through our simple booking system. You’ll receive your facility access pin code instantly — no phone calls needed.

Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 4 weeks and 2 weeks written notice must be given to vacate

What are your access hours?

You can access your container 7 days a week between 5 am and 10 pm. Simply enter your secure access pin code to enter and exit the facility through the security gates.

Where are you located?

We’re in Morisset, NSW, conveniently located for the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions.

What size are your storage units?

All our units are 20ft shipping containers (approx. 6m x 2.4m x 2.6m) — ideal for storing household goods, furniture, business stock, or tools.

How do I secure my container?

Use your own padlock, so you keep full control and possess the only keys. If you lose your keys you will need to remove the lock and replace it with a new one at your own cost. If you have secured your padlock behind the lock box this will require us removing the lock box to access the padlock with an additional cost of $1000. We recommend securing your storage container by padlocking the single locking bar on the easy open right side door

What if I forget my security gate access pin code?

If you forget your gate access pin code you can email a request for it to be sent to you again for a small admin fee of $40.

Do I need contents insurance?

You the storer, are responsible for organising adequate insurance to cover your stored goods. Goods are stored at your sole risk. You should take out insurance cover. The facility owner is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, unless caused by negligence. While it is possible to store goods without insurance, failure to have an adequate insurance policy will increase your potential liability and restrict the goods you can store.

How do I move out of my container

Simply give us 2 weeks written notice to move out. At the end of the notice period ensure that the container is empty and your padlock is removed. Then send us a photo of the empty container. Please ensure that the container is cleaned when vacating to avoid a cleaning charge
